Throughout the process, everything was explained and handled in the most convenient way possible. He even stayed open a bit late to not delay another day, which was very helpful. There's a reason this place has nothing but good reviews, with another 5 star review here. Fast, professional, courteous and with exceptional customer service. I brought them in a half disassembled mess after I tried (and failed miserably) to take apart and clean my laptop after I spilled an entire protein drink, not on, but INTO my laptop. They then returned to me what was basically a brand new laptop that was literally better than what it was before as they fixed a long standing problem with my trackpad not working. They then had the audacity to charge an extremely reasonable price for the outstanding quality of work performed. I have never written a public review of anything before, I probably won't ever again, unless I end up having to there again... they're that good. I won't take anything anywhere else.

Had and issue with my Nintendo switch. Called up the store and the owner told me to come in. Gave him the device hour later it was fixed and was cheaper than what Nintendo was going to charge me plus I would have had to ship it out. Great guy really friendly. I finally found an affordable alternate to Kaplan Computers. All I wanted were files extracted from an old hard drive but Kaplan charges at every 50 Gigabyte increments. DAS had a flat fee regardless of memory size. DAS did a great job in a timely manner.

I brought in my laptop that was not powering on in order to figure out what was wrong with it. The people at DAS are extremely nice and they ensured me that they would be able to help figure out the issue. Not only did they figure out what was wrong, (which was a fried motherboard sadly......) they attempted to repair the circuits on the board free of cost! They called me about it, and said that they would be willing to work on it over an extended period of time and would still only charge me the diagnostic fee because of my situation. Unfortunately they were not able to get it working again, however I feel like I got some incredible value. Thank you
