Took my computer there after finding out Kaplan was closed for good. Communicated with me through the process and though it was later than planned, it wasn't their fault as they had to order parts that took a while to arrive. After a few weeks the desktop was repair at the quote I was given and the computer still works great. Would highly recommend for computer repairs.
