I brought in my GameCube and two Wii's to get repaired! I've never been a game console repair shop before, but I'm glad I went to this one!! They were very kind and patient with me and they sat me down to talk to me about the process, which took like less than 5 minutes!! Loved the cool comic book/gaming posters on the wall :) And even when I called and emailed them tons of time to check in to the point I felt like I was being annoying, they still answered each message promptly and were kind and professional!! It took a week and a half from when I brought the consoles in, for everything that to be fixed, which is fine ofc bc they had other stuff lined up they were fixing too! They let my brother come pick up the consoles and the owner even tested them out in front of him to show that they worked!! Super affordable price to fix them too, only $75!! I will definitely come back if I ever need a game console or a computer fixed!! Thank you again for being so kind and patient with me, and for all that you do!!!

Came in with what I suspected was a small amount of water damage that had made my desktop gaming PC unable to stay powered. I was worried I'd have to replace the entire motherboard, they repaired some blown fuses and had it up and running fine in a couple days. Only charged me $75, great place.

I had a small experience with the shop. They were able to repair my Xbox series X for less than half of what the Microsoft company quoted me to fix it. I’m writing this post weeks after picking it up. It’s still working flawlessly and as good as the day that I got it. Cannot thanks these guys enough for helping me save some money and getting one of my prized possessions back in too shape. I would recommend this shop to anybody with tech repair needs. Perfect. I have a home-built computer that was giving random blue screens. Maybe I could have figured it out eventually, but since these guys are close to my work I just brought it into them. They diagnosed the problem (bad RAM) and replaced it within 48 hours. There was a small diagnostic fee and then the price of the replacement RAM, but still very reasonable. Like I said: perfect.
