Absolutely phenomenal. While it did take a bit of time it was mainly the fact that the part they needed got stuck in Ohio. Took them less than a day to replace the motherboard of my laptop when it arrived. 10/10 customer service, they kept me in the loop and took their time to find a replacement part that would work and wouldn’t cost us both a small fortune. The cost was well under 500$. If anything ever breaks I’m bringing it back down to them

Phenomenal place to take your computer with a good price point as well. They are not trying to rip you off and will clearly explain the fixes that need to be done for you. Clearly a trustworthy business with reputable techs who know what they are doing. I had a memory upgrade quoted for over $50 dollars more at other locations and a 1 to 2 week wait in some cases. At this location it was completed on the next business day. Well worth going here.

Excellent service! My xps 13 was dead and I took it to them. Both Steve and Dan are extremely professional and friendly. They keep me in the loop and informed me how much it's going to cost. They also provided their honest opinion about whether it's worth fixing it or to get a new one. I decided to keep it and they fixed it. Within a week I accidentally deleted some operating system files. I took it there again and Steve fixed it right away and didn't even charge anything. Highly recommend these people for any computer related services.
