Theres nothing more than interests me about a business that is professional and friendly. I could ask Steve or Dom a question without feeling as if i was being a nuisance. The fact that they answered all my questions, both in person and over the phone, i appreciated it greatly as this is something many businesses lack. Looking forward in going back as a returning customer or simply to stop by for a greeting. Thank you guys a bunch!

DAS Repair went far and above my expectations. I brought in my 5 year old Apple laptop (after leaving the Apple Store crazed) and Steve knew immediately what was wrong, provided a more than fair estimate to do the work (nearly half the cost Apple quoted), offered workarounds if I didn't want to invest in the repair and genuinely listened and cared. I will bring any and all hardware issues to these guys anytime. Highly recommend them even if it not 'around the corner' for you.

I'm very happy with my experience here. The back cover and hinge on my laptop had broken and I wanted to get it repaired rather than replacing the whole laptop. I first connected with DAS through Yelp and got a response almost immediately. It was a process, as a new part needed to be ordered before the repair could be done. Throughout the process, Steve was very clear in explaining my options and the repair itself. After the diagnosis, I picked up my laptop so that I could use it while waiting on the part to be delivered, which was very convenient. In the end, once the part arrived, Steve was able to do the repair in about 40 minutes and I am very happy with the result. Pricing was fair and transparent. I will definitely return when the next thing breaks!

Customer service is *outstanding.* Don absolutely went above and beyond when my laptop needed an urgent fix: I got to the store for pickup seconds before the store was supposed to close, but Don was there waiting for me. I only requested a virus removal, (which he finished in under a day) but he remembered tiny details from our conversation prior about the project I was working on. He downloaded a program that made working on my project so much easier. This is one of those rare companies where the people running it are human beings who genuinely care about the work they do and the customers with whom they are working.

I had recently purchased a PS5, just to experience heavy over heating and smoke from the unit. DAS repaired the PS5, in only a few days. While I was at DAS I also saw a custom computer, in pink! I never did think about gaming on a computer, but the owners of DAS let me use the computer to see if it was something that I liked.... and I did! All I can say is DAS gained a customer for life. They are amazing! My wife and I stopped in on a whim to see what retro games they had after seeing their sign. After talking about old games and systems with Don we left with two Nintendo 64 games at an incredible price. We will definitely be stopping back again!

I brought my computer to them yesterday for some case fan installation and had the thermal paste on my CPU replaced while I was at it. They installed the fans and installed the program that I'd need to light it up. Thanks to them my computers running cooler and quieter than ever.
