We had a problem with my father's Mac with mounting an external hard drive. Steve came to the house and fixed the problem in literally minutes. He has a very professional demeanor but also is very knowledgable, efficient, and friendly. We would welcome him to our home anytime again to help with a computer problem - he's a godsend!

My custom build wasn't working properly after swapping out the GPU and PSU. I brought it to DAS and they were able to diagnose that the PSU was faulty and damaged some of my other components. Small local business so that's a good reason to get a quote for your work right there. Great service, fair prices, knowledgeable techs. I had an appointment for earlier in the day but an emergency kept me from making it on time. Got a call, they were able to reschedule for the same day. I'd done the same task before myself, but have lost use of my dominant hand a while back. It used to take me about 45 minutes or so. I had quotes from 2 other shops - one wanted $200, the other said it would be about $150. When I called, Stephen asked me a few questions so he'd have specifics of my computer, and exactly what I needed done (something the other two places didn't do). DAS gave me a price that reflected the time needed. Stephen also took an extra minute or two to clean out the CPU cooler and add some new thermal paste between that and the CPU. In and out in about 30 minutes with plenty of free parking less than 1/2 block away. If it's something I can't do I'll certainly go to DAS again.

All the five star reviews here on Google is why I called DAS Repair Group about my pc that had suffered hardware failure. My failed pc had gigs worth of photos/videos of my children since birth, gaming clips, personal data, etc on it when the failure happened and I never had the chance to back it up. DAS was AWESOME. Without even having to stress it, they above and beyond understood the importance of saving all my stuff. They diagnosed the problem quickly and honestly discussed what had happened to my pc and my options going forward. I was already in the market to purchase a new gaming pc, and wasn't sold on prebuilt models. Not only did DAS build me a custom gaming pc which I absolutely LOVE, they saved every gig of my data and transferred every single thing to the new pc. Steve and Dan are friendly and super knowledgeable. I hope I never have computer problems again but if I do, I know exactly who I am going to! DAS is a gem!

A few keys on the keyboard of my 2009 macbook pro suddenly stopped working, and since Apple won't touch such an old laptop I had no idea where to bring it. I'm so glad I found DAS Repair Group on google because they were perfect! They were able to order the part they needed the same day I contacted them, and as soon as it came in (which was in a timely manner as well) they were able to take my laptop right away and I had it back within a few hours! I was so impressed. Other places I've taken it to in the past kept it for days even weeks to fix an issue. And when I got it back it was in perfect condition! The keyboard worked again, and I lost no data whatever. I'm so thankful they took such good care of my laptop, after all I have 13 years worth of stuff on there! They talked me through every step of the way and even allowed for me to drop off and pick up curbside due to the ongoing pandemic. Great service, great prices, and great communication. I would definitely recommend DAS Repair Group to everyone and will definitely be using their service again in the future.

Where do you go when you drop your laptop, dent the cover and disrupt the liquid inside the screen, rendering it unusable? DAS Repair Group. Do NOT go anywhere else as these guys are "the Best". Efficiency 5 stars: they looked at my problem within 1 hour of my initial distress call. They gave me a quote and a ready date of 4+ days. They called to say it was ready for pick up, 2 days EARLY! They solved all my issues professionally, pleasantly and efficiently. I believe wholeheartedly in small businesses and that includes computer repair. I would highly recommend Steve and Dan at DAS in downtown Manchester. In addition, I would not go anywhere else with further technology issues - no need to, when you find the best with your 1st phone call.

Honest, knowledgeable, fair and friendly. I brought a gaming system to them for repair and couldn’t be more satisfied. They fully communicated all options and were ready to let me know if buying a new one would be a cheaper option. But at great savings to my pockets they were able to fixed the system. Took my computer there after finding out Kaplan was closed for good. Communicated with me through the process and though it was later than planned, it wasn't their fault as they had to order parts that took a while to arrive. After a few weeks the desktop was repair at the quote I was given and the computer still works great. Would highly recommend for computer repairs.
