Small local business so that's a good reason to get a quote for your work right there. Great service, fair prices, knowledgeable techs. I had an appointment for earlier in the day but an emergency kept me from making it on time. Got a call, they were able to reschedule for the same day. I'd done the same task before myself, but have lost use of my dominant hand a while back. It used to take me about 45 minutes or so. I had quotes from 2 other shops - one wanted $200, the other said it would be about $150. When I called, Stephen asked me a few questions so he'd have specifics of my computer, and exactly what I needed done (something the other two places didn't do). DAS gave me a price that reflected the time needed. Stephen also took an extra minute or two to clean out the CPU cooler and add some new thermal paste between that and the CPU. In and out in about 30 minutes with plenty of free parking less than 1/2 block away. If it's something I can't do I'll certainly go to DAS again.
