DAS Repair Group

I'm very happy with my experience here. The back cover and hinge on my laptop had broken and I wanted to get it repaired rather than replacing the whole laptop. I first connected with DAS through Yelp and got a response almost immediately. It was a process, as a new part needed to be ordered before the repair could be done. Throughout the process, Steve was very clear in explaining my options and the repair itself. After the diagnosis, I picked up my laptop so that I could use it while waiting on the part to be delivered, which was very convenient. In the end, once the part arrived, Steve was able to do the repair in about 40 minutes and I am very happy with the result. Pricing was fair and transparent. I will definitely return when the next thing breaks!
